Record Expungent Services

If convicted of an offense, violation, or infraction, you have the option to seek expungement for your record. Expungement entails sealing or eliminating records of a criminal conviction. In Missouri, these records are sealed and can only be accessed via court order, making them inaccessible to the general public.

With an expungement, you typically aren't required to disclose your criminal record in most situations (with a few exceptions), such as during employment, housing, or loan applications.

If your case qualifies, 3 Daughters and 1000 Sons can help guide you through the record expungement process. For more information, contact us.
